sunday morning in Valtellina

A strange one among Murakami's. Pretty flat and not as brilliant as the rest of his production. A warm book, though, whose plot begins to unfold in the last five pages.

I don't need to comment, do I? Especially considering how much lots of people would like to be that x between 4 and 90. If only they had ever signed a proper contract and lalala.

fighting some unholy war

I carve my own path like huskies in the snow

It happened by chance that I discovered what this parkour is. I actually think I've heard of it before, but who knows, maybe it wasn't just the right moment.
So we were watching this movie last night (I'm not going to tell you which movie, it might be a good topic for another post, should I ever be brave enough to talk about such things..) and I came up with this idea of how powerful it would feel to be a werewolf.

Skipping and jumping and dodging and.

So I was told of the closest thing humans can do to feel like that, and here it is ladies and gentlemen

But the best part of it is the answer I got from my dearest friend Beta:

i'm sorrounded by your embrace

The awesomeness of this all.

I'm wondering these days if there is much I can bear to do in life, except taking true care of myself and of a small number of people around me.

Summer brings the consciousness that everything which is not love and devoted attitude to share your experience hoping to smoothe your loved ones' path, well that everything else is absolutely nonsense.

And everyone you love is your own halo.

see that girl, watch that scene...

Long time no post.
Lots of things have been changing lately and I was in no mood for writing - not to mention the actual shortage of time.

In a way I've always known I was going to get back sooner or later; only, latest events made me doubtful about who is the girl who's back writing right now. I guess this is why I've decided to use this strange second language of mine, as someone usually calls it.

Hottest issue has been the end of my three year long dance therapy training. It actually finished one second before definitely wearing me out, and I think there is no previous experience I can recall which seemed so gruelling and whose end has made me feel that lighter.

Waking up the day after as a dance therapist (not on paper, until I discuss my thesis, and not practically also, before at least 15 years of hands on practice I'm afraid!) has suddenly changed my perception of myself. It might sound crazy to you all, but it's easier to say 'I'm a dancetherapist' than to say 'I'm an actress and drama teacher'.

Beside that, I reckon the most shocking experience has been the feeling I got while dancing during the closing show third years generally offer as the conclusion of their training.

I didn't like it at all. Nothing seemed to be going the way it should all throughout the months during the preparation. I have been the least motivated dancer in the world. I just didn't care.
The week before the show, my colleagues started feeling as I had been feeling. Our teacher went kind of berserk. I heard my voice calmly explaining what was wrong and why. I saw myself softly getting rid of doubts and fears and I felt my body transforming. I wanted to shine, I wanted to lift the spirits. I wanted to do the best I could for the sake of doing it, and for the first time of my life
I promise
the first time ever in 17 years of on stage life
I felt I could do something of my own. Not out of competencies and skills, but out of my guts.

That night, the day after, and all the following days up to now I met another girl in me.
